Top outsourcing questions, answered

What does the service cost?
Depends on the model. For successful placement, we charge a % of the candidate's annual salary (12-25% based on complexity). For staff augmentation, an hourly/monthly rate. For RPO, a monthly fee. We always provide a closed proposal upfront.
How long from briefing to hire?
Junior/mid: shortlist in 48-72h, hire in 5-10 business days. Senior/architects: shortlist in 72-96h, hire in 2-3 weeks. C-level and confidential headhunting: 4-8 weeks.
What if the candidate doesn't meet expectations?
You have a 90-day guarantee from day one. If the hire doesn't work out, we replace at no extra cost. Standard in all our contracts.
Do you recruit in countries without a Pliret office?
Yes. While our HQ is in El Salvador, we actively recruit across all of Latin America via local partners and regional databases.
Do you handle confidential searches (executive replacement, etc.)?
Yes, it's one of our specialties. NDAs, single-consultant assignments, no public postings, encrypted client and candidate data.
Do you accept candidates without certifications?
Of course. Certifications are a plus, but verifiable experience and projects weigh equally. We validate via tech tests, portfolio review and senior engineer interviews.
