Our story

From El Salvador to the entire region

Pliret was founded in 2015 with a simple idea: companies in Latin America need access to IT talent in Latin America. We started in San Salvador with a handful of local clients and a small team.

Today, more than a decade later, we connect talent with companies in 9 countries across Latin America and the United States.

But what hasn't changed is most important: we still answer WhatsApp, we still defend our candidates as if they were family, and we still believe technology is worth as much as the people who build it.
