Which Latin American countries do you recruit in?
We recruit across Central America, Mexico and Colombia, where we have local recruiters. For other LatAm countries (Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile) we source on request through our regional network.
Do you work with candidates without formal certifications?
Yes. We work with candidates certified in AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft, PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CompTIA, Oracle, Red Hat, RHCSA, CKA, and many more. We also accept profiles without certification when their experience and projects validate the skill.
How long does the IT hiring process take?
Any technology role (junior, mid, senior or specialized): 5 to 10 business days. We provide a filtered shortlist based on the agreed timeline.
How do you integrate AI into software projects?
We use models like OpenAI (GPT-4/5), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini, Llama and open models. We build chatbots, autonomous agents with MCP, RAG over internal documents, smart OCR, classification, recommenders and business process automation. Every project includes an honest assessment of where AI adds real value and where it doesn't.
Do you offer guarantees or replacement in outsourcing?
Yes. We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee from the hire date. Details and conditions are agreed by contract.
Do you work with companies outside El Salvador?
Absolutely. We work with clients in Latin America and North America. We invoice internationally in USD or EUR.
